Nannapaneni Rajakumari injured in attack by Congress workers




TDP firebrand, Nannapaneni Rajakumari was stoned in Karamchaedu in Guntur district for making highly controversial remarks on Congress MLA Daggubati Venkateswara Rao. The trouble started when Mahila Sarpanch of Parchur from the TDP side alleged that the local MLA Daggubati was hoisting false cases on the TDP cadre. A team of TDP MLCs led by Nappanani Rajakumari launched a scathing attack on the MLA. And in the process groups of the TDP and the Congress had some physical clashes as well. Amidst all these Nappaneni allegedly made some highly personal remarks about Daggubarti's character and this enraged his supporters. They then hurled stones at Rajakumari. One such stone hit her head and she began bleeding profusely. The impact of the hit was strong enough to send her reeling down in pain. After a shortwhile she fainted and had to be hospitalised. According to news energing from the hospital she is now safe and has been declared to be out of danger.
