TDP’s samaikhyavadi and prominent Telengana leader from Secunderabad has trained his guns on Devender Goud. Talasani Yadav is trying to convince CBN that Goud’s reentry will reopen a can of worms and will further stoke the fires of rebellion within the party. Mynampalli Hanumantha Rao from Medak and Arvind Kumar Goud (who is Goud’s own cousin) have joined voices with Talasani Yadav against Goud. Their argument is that Goud is an opportunistic leader with a mixed sense of loyalties. They are trying to reassure CBN that since TRS/KCR is a spent force , the party might after all not need the clout of Devender Goud. Others who are sending signals of uneasiness are Yerran Naidu and Yanamala Ramkrishnudu who earlier bore the brunt of Devender Goud’s pressure on the party. But CBN has reportedly reassured then that Goud is coming in on an unconditional basis and the only concession that the party might make for him is a RS Membership.
