Like a champion boxer landing punches at an opponent’s pain point, Chandra babu continued to pile pressure on the Congress by targeting its CM who he alleges is soaked in corruption. Addressing a rally in Srikakulam the TDP chief made a tongue in cheek remark that YSR’s padayatra in 2004 was as stated not to survey the problems of the people. Instead, Chandra babu alleged that YSR used the padayatra to survey the lands that he could illegally occupy once he came to power. Chandra babu declared that YSR after coming to power had sold and allotted more lands to private parties and vested interests than all the previous Congress CM’s of A P put together. The Congress on its part dismissed Chandrababu’s outburst stating that the TDP chief was getting a tad nervous due to the resignation of key party members from Srikakulam, even while he was camping in the district. Actor Balakrishna will also conduct a tour of Srikakulam district after Chandra babu Naidu finishes his leg of the tour.
