Yoga guru says “yes” to Chandrababu as C M

Chandrababu’s penchant for yoga and fitness seems to have earned him an unlikely but popular supporter in Yoga guru Babu Ramdev. Chandrababu along with Venkaiah Naidu participated in a Yoga session held at NTR grounds in the City on Saturday. Baba Ramdev said he does not have any political affiliations but expressed hope that people will elect a “good leader” like Chandrababu Naidu as their next CM. Baba Ramdev also said that he had written letters to all prominent leaders asking them not to give tickets to candidates with a criminal or questionable past. Chandrababu on his part said that he would introduce yoga in schools if he came to back to power. Chandrababu also spoke about deteriorating value systems in public life and said that it was about time that clean choices were made and transparent governance was provided.
